Between approximately 9:30 AM and 11:40 AM MDT on September 3, 2026, some customers experienced intermittent errors and slow response times when saving service requests, sending push notifications, syncing with QuickBooks Online, retrieving file attachments, and sending outbound email.
The root cause was a networking fault isolated to one of our application servers, which intermittently failed to connect to several outside services. As the issue continued, it also began slowing down unrelated requests on that same server, leading to a broader increase in errors and timeouts.
We identified the affected server and replaced it at approximately 11:37 AM MDT. Error rates returned to normal immediately and have remained stable since.
If you attempted to save a record and received an error message during this window, we recommend checking the record before re-entering the change, as the save may have completed despite the error. Push notifications or QuickBooks sync attempts that failed during this window may need to be retried.
